重訓前忘記吃東西,頭昏無力補充甚麼好? - 健身

我本身吃飯時間不固定,去重訓的時間也不固定,
有幾次發生重訓到一半頭昏沒力,
才想起離上一餐已經很久,或是上一餐吃太少,
只好打道回府。
剛剛想到,可以在我的健身包包裡面放食物,
下次又發生一樣狀況可以拿出來吃,才不會白跑一趟。
請問大家有沒有甚麼推薦,可以長時間放在包包裡的食物?
而且這種狀況下,應該吃高GI的碳水吧,
如果直接吃糖果好不好?
