重訓和跑步後到底該喝什麼? - 健身

我已經爬過板上的文了,可是還是有些地方搞不太懂
板上都說運動完之後要補充碳水化合物,才不會讓肌肉流失
像是喝杯運動飲料,巧克力牛奶,或是脫脂豆漿
所指的運動是重量訓練,還是有氧運動(跑步)呢?
我現在每天下午4點到5點半之間做重訓
結束後會喝一杯低脂牛奶
晚上10點跑步,跑30分鐘(國小操場20圈),跑完後喝一杯250ML
的運動飲料,30分鐘後再喝一杯牛奶
請問我這樣喝是正常的補充肌肉 還是會越喝越胖?
