重訓和跑步後到底該喝什麼? - 健身

我已經爬過板上的文了,可是還是有些地方搞不太懂

板上都說運動完之後要補充碳水化合物,才不會讓肌肉流失

像是喝杯運動飲料,巧克力牛奶,或是脫脂豆漿

所指的運動是重量訓練,還是有氧運動(跑步)呢?

我現在每天下午4點到5點半之間做重訓

結束後會喝一杯低脂牛奶

晚上10點跑步,跑30分鐘(國小操場20圈),跑完後喝一杯250ML

的運動飲料,30分鐘後再喝一杯牛奶

請問我這樣喝是正常的補充肌肉 還是會越喝越胖?

重訓後補充就可以了 作用是加強肌肉生長
有氧運動的話 除非是超過一個鐘頭的長時間運動

反正它吸收時間短.大概20~30分.運動中可以用.也算剛好
畢竟阻力訓練來到20~30分鐘.效率也下降到某程度了...

至於要立刻吸收好補充肌肉所需.那BCAA(三種胺基酸)比較快
反正等蛋白分解成胜肽再分解胺基酸.那直接嗑胺基酸不是更快
