重訓完不能接著做有氧嗎? - 健身

小弟通常都是重訓完之後,馬上接著做有氧半個小時
但是前天有個同好跟我說 這樣不行
因為重訓完之後乳酸會堆積,你接著做有氧,乳酸會被消耗掉還是什麼之類的
這樣隔天就不會有痠痛的感覺,肌肌就不會變大了!!
聽他這麼一說!!好像真的有這回事!!!
重訓完接著做有氧,隔天真的沒什麼痠痛的感覺!!
而且就我的觀察啦!!!一堆巨巨重訓完之後就走了!!也沒看他們在有氧@@
每個都跟浩克一樣
請問我朋友這樣說正確嗎??? 重訓完隔天一定要痠痛肌肉才會長大嗎??
順帶一問!!有氧除了燃脂之外,肌肉會不會跟著被消耗掉??
