重訓後有氧的減脂效果較好
有說法是說因為一部分的肝糖在重訓時被消耗掉
有氧時的燃脂就比較多
我目前是重訓一個小時,
當中會邊喝一匙乳清+50g糖混合的奶昔
(蛋白質:碳水化合物 1:2的比例)
重訓後休息五分鐘,開始跑跑步機
跑40分鐘,大約消耗快600大卡
想請問像我這樣重訓當中有補充一些熱量
是為了修補肌肉
但後續的有氧,會不會變成在消耗剛剛吃的熱量?
或是該怎麼調整?
