重訓後若去游泳 肌肉比較不痠痛? - 健身

想請教各位先進前輩一個笨問題
根據小弟我兩星期的實驗結果
我星期一到五都會去健身房活動筋骨
結束之後會休息一下再去學校游泳
大約游30~40分
蝶式混蛙式居多
游完當天練的部位也沒明顯的痠痛
隔天起床也沒有
這是因為游泳的關係 還是 我的訓練重量不夠紮實呢?
