還沒重訓之前
就是一個肥宅(現在還是
肥宅會有的症狀通通都有
烏龜頸、骨盆前傾、圓肩
再加上有打羽球
左右半身超不平衡
老實說沒重訓之前
都覺得自己還可以
還是年輕人
身體沒什麼問題
開始重訓之後
深蹲頓不下去 硬舉圓背 大腿後側快斷掉
第一次臥推用十公斤(一邊一個五公斤槓片
差點以為自己會死掉
還好旁邊的巨巨救了我
現在臥推都還會怕
現在都會害怕
如果沒有遇到重訓
之後老了真的身體一堆問題不知道怎麼辦
各位巨巨有因為重訓才發現自己各種問題的嗎?
