重訓的強度? - 健身

目前維持有氧和重訓並行,一週跑五天,月跑150KM;
但重訓一直無法規律,聽人說一週三次重訓為佳,強度
做到隔天會痠痛,一天重訓然後休息一天這樣。
但我上禮拜五重訓胸部加背部,到今天算第四天,還是
有疼痛感存在(做完隔兩天是最痠痛的時候),請問這樣
是我強度太強嗎?總覺得這種強度一週兩次就差不多了。
