最近一個月
重訓時狀況很差
整體耐力差很多
滑輪下拉 一般重量70磅
拉沒幾下就感覺快沒氣了 身體沒累 心先累了
跑步10分鐘 臉色發白
以前是很有精神的
練起來感覺身體很有能量
想著突破重量
現在是被被榨乾的感覺
去檢查是要掛胸腔科請醫師幫我抽血檢查嗎

補充一下
我平常都一兩點睡。睡到十點多
早餐比較少吃
不過只要有運動都會吃東西墊肚子
隔一兩小時去
練完也會吃
運動模式
我身體恢復比較慢 沒有天天去
一週兩次。一次1.5小時
一天背胸硬舉
一天胸背
感生活除了熬夜 沒吃早餐其他應該都還好
