小弟23歲
175/73
規律健身約一年半時間
但目前深蹲卡關許久
想要請問有經驗的巨巨們
給我一點突破上的建議
以下附上我練深蹲的菜單
單位是公斤
禮拜二
High bar
140KG 3組X5下
150KG 1組X5下
160KG 1組X1-2下
Low bar
110KG 2組X5下
禮拜六
High Bar
150KG 4組X3下
Front Squat
80KG 3組X5下
附註
主要是想要問各位巨巨有哪些輔助訓練比較推薦的或者說您個人的心得練法哈哈
Low bar剛練一個月
不太敢負太重
但之前有試過150KG
感覺真的比High bar還輕鬆
目前High bar 1RM大約170KG左右
