昨天在萵苣量完inbody
發現比3個月前體重跟體脂都有明顯變化
3個月前
體重79.6 kg
體脂19.1 %
左邊3.56 kg
右邊 3.85 kg
3個月後
體重77.0 kg
體脂13.8 %
左邊4.0kg
右邊4.2kg

但是左右肌肉量是真的有差
不過感覺好像也還好
教練說可以幫我修正兩邊肌肉失衡的問題
但一直以來都是自己練 不過也很好奇教練要怎麼去修正
雖然一直以來都不排斥有教練教 但當下問教練他也答不出一個有建設性的規劃 雖然可能
也有商業機密
想問問板上巨巨們 這種0.2kg 的失衡是真的像教練所說的有嚴重失衡嗎?
因為都是騎機車上班 擔心真的會因為這樣平衡感會不好 容易出事...
