開合跳時肚子會痛 - 健身

持續運動習慣大約四五個月(頻率為做一休一)
內容是鄭多燕四片輪跳,雖然體重沒什麼改變,但可以感受到線條和變得緊實 :)
上個禮拜覺得想換換口味,就開始跳kitty瘦身操
感覺蠻不錯的,節奏和音樂我都很喜歡wwww
但問題來了,和鄭多燕不同的是他有開合跳及原地跑跳的動作
每次在做這些動作的時候,除了可以明顯感受到自己的小肚子在劇烈晃動以外
還會開始隱隱作痛 Q口QQ 總覺得是肚子一起跟著彈跳才那麼痛
所以都沒辦法做完那個part都頂多做一半
扯了一堆之後是想請問大家,跳動時是否也會疼痛呢?這是正常的還是....?
我想要完完整整的做完全部的動作 >"<
ps. 不是慢跑時橫膈膜缺氧的那種痛,是肚子痛
