絕對可以啊
我從去年164 體重57 靠運動跟飲食瘦了將近十公斤
目前體重是47~48KG間遊走 我是女生 24歲@@
一開始體脂肪我沒量過無從比較
但其實我從大三還大四就慢慢有上健身房的習慣
我想後來的成果也是這樣訓練出來的
前兩個禮拜我心血來潮去康是美測量
體脂18.5 基代1144(我知道偏低了哭哭)
但體脂肪我很滿意~
現在也還是維持著運動的習慣
就當作維持體重跟追求健康囉
運動超棒!!
