開始運動後體重增加 - 健身

各位好~
在開始規律運動前大概有N年沒有運動,心肺很差,講話會喘。為了更健康的身體開始規
律運動,
不過發現一個令我不解的事,
開始運動前的體重是44.5~44.8之間,
但是開始運動後體重卻增加到45以上,
平常三餐如下:
早餐:一個吐司夾蛋
午餐:半個便當
晚餐:午餐的剩下來的
有固定吃中藥,藥太苦所以都會配巧克力吃,
每天不吃超過兩個拇指大小,
規律運動前和後三餐都是這麼吃的。
每天運動三十分鐘~一個小時,跑步+快走
有爬過文說剛開始規律運動體重增加是正常現象,
但是我也才運動第五天而已......
實在不解所以來這邊詢問各位前輩們~~~
