開始重訓後單槓拉不起來 - 健身

大家好
小弟最近開始在家重訓
因為要增重主要是做啞鈴臥推 負重深蹲
背肌原本是要拉單槓
但現在只能連續正手拉六下 而且只能拉到鼻子勉強過槓
以前直上直下連續十次下巴過槓都還很輕鬆
我目前170/52 重訓前只有49kg
只增加3kg不曉得為何拉不上去
請大家推薦在家練背的其他動作
