我目前正在執行16/8間歇性斷食快一個月了,體重跟體脂的確有下降,但我一直有一個問
體想請問各位前輩,每天中餐都吃一樣的情況下,晚餐吃一個滷排骨便當 或吃煎鮭魚+涼
拌小黃瓜+花椰菜+水果 或是吃一點水果+1杯珍奶,假設這三種類型的晚餐的熱量都是800
大卡,這樣對間歇性斷食的效率有何差異呢?
