關於crunch的一些問題 - 健身

版友們好! 我是重訓新手 對於做crunch有一些疑惑
希望前輩們能幫忙解惑 謝謝!
crunch我每次做4組 組間休息30秒~1分鐘不等
我的問題是頸部會痠痛
我是雙手抱胸作crunch 爬文有人說頸部會痠是正常現象
但我會痠到導致最後一兩組沒辦法做到腹肌力竭 我想這樣應該就不算正常了
請問這樣是姿勢有誤呢 還是有其他問題?
