V-ups在做的時候
要保持腳和上背不碰地比較好嗎?
可是exrx上面寫得好像不太一樣
上面說waist要有flexion腹肌才會是dynamically contract
還是我弄錯了他的意思?
附一下原文
Begin each repetition with upper back on floor to allow abdominal muscles to
work dynamically. The Rectus Abdominis and Obliques dynamically contract only
when actual waist flexion occurs. With no waist flexion, Rectus Abdominis and
External Oblique will only isometrically contract to stabilize the pelvis and
waist during hip flexion.
照原文的意思是上背可以碰地 腳不要嚕?
