當輔助項 把三頭前三角補強一下,PR可以說是緩慢而
穩定的進步,然後發現硬舉跟蹲舉不知道用什麼動作來當輔助項
該從哪些肌群下手? 臀大跟四頭嗎?
目前硬舉只有相撲傳統交替做 深蹲只有做超大重量
扛槓 偶爾做點pin squat 需要再改進嗎?
