關於上手臂的肌肉 - 健身

想請教板上各位前輩~
我大概這三個月開始加入慢跑的行列,每次跑30~40分鐘然後4~5km,
但是因為當初動機只是想要身體健康,所以三餐飲食都正常吃,沒有刻意節食。
每次跑完步以後都會做簡單的伸展運動,手臂前轉後轉之類的(各十次),
結果最近照鏡子時發現,我的上手臂,竟然隱約出現了肌肉?!還是有點線條的那種...
在運動以前,我是屬於身材胖胖的女生,154/54,外表雖然圓圓的,
但因為長期坐著缺乏運動,整個人的身體就是頭到腳都是肉肉鬆垮的感覺,
有雙下巴跟厚實的肚子,外加一動就很明顯的蝴蝶袖= =
開始運動以後,感覺身體慢慢變得緊實,精神也變好了,
但是我的上手臂...蝴蝶袖並沒有因此消失(也許是因為沒有刻意局部瘦的緣故)
但卻同時出現了肌肉線條,讓我的手臂從鬆軟變成了粗壯+鬆軟...Orz
請問這是不是我運動的時候哪裡不對呢...
雖然手臂有線條很好,但是如果可以的話更希望蝴蝶袖能一起消失更好...
還是這只是過度期而已?
這讓我最近有點困擾...還請各位前輩告訴我該怎麼做才好~謝謝!!^^
