運動40分鐘或20分鐘+20分鐘比較會瘦 - 健身

我總是採用持續運動40分鐘
覺得比較會瘦
但是最近聽到朋友說
運動20分鐘後稍微歇息 再運動20分鐘 更有減肥的效果
因為是在健身房使用跑步機或腳踏車 是可以選做多久時間運動
所以 是哪種比較有效能減肥呢? 還是沒差?
