關於仰臥起坐姿勢問題 - 健身

想請問各位板友
小弟在健身房都會用下面這種器材做仰臥起坐

高度差不多就是調這樣
不過做到一半通常不是腹部先沒力
而是大腿覺得酸而停
請問是姿勢哪裡有需要調整嗎
