關於伏地挺身 - 健身

大家好
我是女生 最近在做伏地挺身訓練手臂
大概快兩個月了
隔一天做一次 膝蓋跪地每次12~15次 做三組
但最近發現手腕兩側圓圓的骨頭連接手掌間的筋有點痛
而且手骨頭不知哪裡都會喀啦喀拉的響
所以我就改用拳頭感覺起來手腕比較不回不舒服 骨頭也不會作響
但爬文好像大家不是很建議用拳頭
不知道應該怎麼辦 目前還沒有有要去健身房的打算
還是我應該買啞鈴來練會比較不傷手腕?
