我想用地瓜當主食代替白飯
但是我發現有部分的人提議吃gi值低的食物
但是地瓜gi值好像比白飯高耶 但是熱量又比白飯低
這該怎辦做選擇呢??
地瓜跟馬鈴薯都是我想代替的主食 該用哪個比較好呢??
