退伍後就慢慢變胖 工作後更是胖的誇張
於是前兩三個月開始跑步
睡覺前也開始伏地挺身及仰臥起坐
最近發現整體有變的比較結實了
但是總覺得側背(腋下往後一點點)及 腰的兩側
似乎都沒有消除到這兩地方的贅肉
該怎麼針對這兩部位訓練呢?
