暑假想減肥
身高170 體重78
由於暑假太熱我都5點起來跑
大概只能跑高中操場的最外圍4~5圈
就會非常喘了
之後都跑跑走走
我看過置底
要有氧才能減肥 心跳大約在60% 130左右
可是跑跑走走的這段時間
走走的部分心跳應該沒有在60%吧?
而且不知道是不是乳酸堆積(還是太重= =)
到第7.8圈 腳就會痠
10圈左右就收工了 這樣大概只運動15分鐘
因為在跑腳也很痛苦
所以問大家 我該怎做最好
勉強跑跑走走拖到30分鐘?
還是循序漸進 可是循序漸進感覺減得很慢 一個星期過去 體重計沒變..
