關於晚餐的選擇 - 健身

哈囉各位您好:
有個問題想要請問大家
因為打工(16:30-19:40)所以晚餐很晚吃
(每星期二和四總共兩天,約八點外食)
打工之前會吃些水果/米麩/麥片充飢一下
而大部份我大多吃以下幾種:
1.鍋燒烏龍麵(高麗菜、杏鮑菇、蛋,不加沙茶火鍋料不喝湯)
2.滑蛋牛肉/皮蛋瘦肉/鹹蛋瘦肉粥(不加油條)
3.全家39元組合(大多無糖豆漿/優酪乳、克雷貝爾蔓越莓麵包/貝果)+茶葉蛋
請問這樣的晚餐可以嗎?
(第三項好像不太行......)
因為晚餐時間有點晚選擇比較少也沒有自助餐的店了
