大家好,小弟最近深蹲突然產生一個疑惑,就是以前練深蹲起來時,我習慣讓膝蓋打直但不會鎖死,可是上次深蹲時我改成起來時讓膝蓋接近打直,但保持微蹲,
改成這樣的感覺是大腿後側更有感,只是我不能確定這樣對膝蓋到底好不好?會不會膝蓋很快就出問題了?
