前陣子聽到飛輪老師說偶爾去游泳可以放鬆一下
不過每次想到的時候都是不太方便的時候
但
今天早上想到跑去游泳了
這大概是今年來第二次 哈哈
不過說起來我還時不太喜歡游泳
一方面是沒有像跑步一樣有實體的感覺
我想是因為游泳不是我擅長的項目
而且我只喜歡游蛙式 可能小時候先學會的吧
自由式每次游一半就覺得我好慢就又換蛙式XD
另一方面是即使水道只有三四個人還是會覺得有壓力
怕擋到他人或者是和他人互相踢到
想想還是喜歡前年都冬天去游泳 整個泳池只有兩三隻小貓感覺真好
(但晨泳另當別論超多老人 雖然速度不一定快但很會游)
好吧 那不是重點 上面都是廢話
我是想問看看大家說 大家有計算過自己的游泳心跳嗎
跟跑步比起來我覺得我游泳心跳不是很快
本來心跳就沒特別快 但游泳的喘感覺是氣沒換那麼順
但不是有氧的那種累 所以有人計算過平均心跳嗎
我想參考一下( 如果有跑步的可以對照可以提供嗎)
然後
今天的里程數大概是 25m*74趟/hr
這樣的速度會不會太慢呀 是蛙式 我自由式很爛
不過我好想學蝶式
最後今天游泳完起來後換衣服身體有種發熱感壓
那種感覺很妙 不過就跟跑步會發熱的道理應該是一樣
只是泡在水裡又挺舒服的
然後 每次游泳完我都好想睡覺 哈
只是卻又睡不太著 我最近太操了
廢話結束
其實我只是要來問大家的心跳大概是多少
我今天暑修的時候 無聊小測量了一下我的心跳
大概是 50bpm 持續運動大概兩年多一點
又想釣一下大家的安靜心跳大概是多少
麻煩大家回答我了
