關於組數的問題~ - 健身

為了減肥,已經練重訓一陣子了,
之前的做法是:每種器材各做一次(15下),之後再重頭來兩輪,
不過後來爬文之後,再加上同學的做法,
所以改成:同種器材做三次(一次10下),然後再換下一台器材。
可是最近遇到了瓶頸,一直無法增加重量,
所以想來請問一下大家~
糾竟~哪種練法才是比較適合的呢?
(我是個頗重的胖子XD)
