關於練背 - 健身

今天練背時注意到了一個問題,才練沒幾組
背感覺到累之前,前臂已經快麻痺了@.@
請問這是我做太重,還是我施力的方式不對
另外...昨天,更正確來說是"今天"兩點才睡...
這也是個影響因素嗎?
