這陣子都在努力減肥
去百貨公司看到T牌的頂級(應該吧9k...好貴)體脂計
就量了一下體重66.4kg 體脂率15.4% 肌肉量53.1kg
所以身上大概有10.22kg的脂肪
如果繼續瘦下去
減去4kg多的脂肪就差不多達到我的目標 體脂10%以內
當然這是理想只瘦脂肪的情況
我的問題是在這種理想情況下
我有需要做重訓嘛?
還是說需要做低強度多組來改善線條嘛?
