拉單槓
我以前沒去健身房的時候有試過
背包裡面放啞鈴背著拉單槓
你覺得拉單槓不夠重的話可以試試看
反正背包或是啞鈴都很好買
我自己覺得最基本的動作就是最好的動作啦
你也可以試試看單手划船
