小弟目前是靠這菜單在練胸 http://ivan1119.pixnet.net/blog/post/21255722
已服用近兩個月 沒有做啞鈴飛鳥
這菜單也是於此版看到的 那時候好像還滿多推
這次的爭論讓小弟困惑這菜單到底有沒效
每次做完有明顯感到胸部腫脹 胸部左右上角隔天也會痛
"感覺"還滿有用的 不過尺寸似乎是沒有太明顯的差異
強度對小弟來說應該是夠
提供目前做史密斯臥推的數值:
臥推25p+槓子(不知道多少)
不是最大出力 是1組10下 做4組的那種重量 應該是70%~80%左右 沒人幫我不敢測最大
