關於背肌練法 - 健身

我家有台健身器材 可以練幾種動作
另外有短槓X1 槓片2.5kg/2/1.5/1
我能做的有這三種:
1.單臂划船
2.滑輪下拉
3.坐姿划船
想問哪種比較有效果?
爬文好像很少人討論這些的差別
目前我是做2
之前做3覺得不太會酸 感覺會用到腳的力量
麻煩知道的前輩
可以解答一下
