昨晚心情很不美麗....睡不大好
六點多就牽著我心愛的妞妞 (單車)去繞雙潭兜風...
今天的路線很簡單 就是老爺盃每次在嘉義辦活動的單車路線...
大約20k而已 (路線參考http://www.ugold.idv.tw/99/map0711.jpg)
從我家市區出發往番路方向...是有兩三個比較抖的坡啦...
新手或者一陣子沒騎真的硬騎上去 只能乾喘了....
話說我家心愛的妞妞是ct盤的跑車
(一定要講一下是 嘉義超讚的源記車行老闆組的....)
可是很汗顏的是 把之前fuji的車賣掉後 我現在真的很少出去騎長程的...
什麼三十六彎 奮起湖 都好久遠了....
我對我的單車能力也只能越來越不抱信心....
但是 最近發現奇怪的事...不知道是不是腿部重訓有認真練...
當訓練狀況越來越持續進步 (腿真的是我所有重訓中成就感最大的 XDDD)
有關腿的有氧好像也越來越好了...
雖然說因為礙於體重仍超重 我跑步不太跑長程 但感覺跑步越來越順...
騎單車也是 以前騎公路車要爬坡 尤其是陡坡真的是哀哀叫
現在好像呼吸調好就順順的上去了 腿的負擔也不那麼大了...
騎乘的時間反而比預想中的縮短了 整個很開心...
然後今天在健身房照相準備開始做紀錄
發現雖然大腿還是很粗(絕對有很多是脂肪不要懷疑 XD)
可是小腿越來越細了 還有 我有翹屁屁耶 >/////<
以一個胖子來說 我超驕傲的好不好 (挺) XDDDD
不過 看著鏡中的自己 忽然有點淡淡的....
就又想到那天我跟貓兄在聊 關於瘦太快身上鬆垮的皮的事...
還有說到因為曾經"負載過重" 所以腿很有力的事....
想想....真的 也只能說 也許"苦難"就是一種祝福?! XDDD
不過幸好 現在的我應該可以很不要臉的說 我比以前9XKG的時代健康很多了吧...
好啦 星期天還要去練車...
聽說健身房的老爹要約失戀同學去騎36彎耶
我不要被海放....雖然他很帥...XDDDD
