(前言)
和眾版友相較下
我只是個弱咖
所以PO心得僅供參考
(正文)
除了訓練不同肌群的各種不同菜單外
我也會改變訓練的方法
例如:"金字塔"或本篇標題的"德硬"(我習慣叫德國硬漢練習法)
甚至用1RM 20%一次作100下
(沒辦法~~男人總是喜歡嚐鮮)
隔一段時間換一種方法刺激感也不一樣
以臥推來說 我一般是依金字塔方式練
有時候會改練10*10 60kg 的德硬練習
最後20下真的會有昇天的感覺
我記得以前看鐵克是建議間隔休息90s
但我建議是固定休足120s 後面的40下才不會做不起來(我的經驗)
畢竟做不完一整組那這個方法好像就沒意義了
以三個人輪流做 整體的時間控制會比較理想
最後建議 一開始用此方法先不要用60%來做
先低於60%體驗一下感覺比較好
當你用其他方法練習比較不會酸的話
可以改用德硬試試看
練完的"充實感"會有明顯的不同
