體重:82.5-83.5
BMI:
體脂率:41-42
三餐內容
早餐:貝果夾低脂起士片
午餐:外食,份量約一個肉類(排骨OR雞腿)便當再多半碗飯
晚餐:同午餐
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:早上六點-七點起床
晚上12-1:30內入睡
生活型態:米蟲
運動習慣:每日公園划步機不間斷做足40分鐘+上肢牽引機5分鐘
我的問題:七月份剛好是生日月,吃了快十次的吃到飽
(以有飽足感為主,不吃撐,跟平常的量差不多)
可能是從六月底開始每天運動
所以體重從84上升到87,至現在降到83
本身不排斥吃大餐,也愛美食,但多少有忌口(油炸、高熱量少吃)
因為我本身肌肉就還算滿扎實的(小腿、大腿都瘦,身材是男生的倒三角型)
上半身較肥胖,目前是因為健康考量讓自己習慣每天運動
想請教這樣的運動強度是否可以?
