地獄料理 - 雞肉果汁
之前在乳清女神介紹推文的東西...拖了快兩個月
我覺得還是有必要讓大家知道這神秘好喝的料理(誤)
我個人是覺得還蠻好喝的啦
在吃不下懶得咬的狀態下 用喝的真的是快速解決的方式
使用時機: 晚上練完懶得咬懶得準備的減脂期
機器使用: Vitamix
基本準備材料如下
1. 雞胸肉(250g)-僅用電鍋直接蒸,沒加任何調味
2. 堅果(30-40g)

5. 乳清(只試用了五種,不是我不吃,而是...改菜單來不及繼續用XDDD)

口味: 金牌巧克力

描述: 巧克力的味道跟堅果不太搭,而且沒辦法蓋過雞胸肉味道。
選手二號
牌子: MuscleDream
口味: 抹茶
份數: 1.5匙
星數: ★★★★☆
描述: MuscleDream的抹茶單喝就超強,抹茶味超濃,配上堅果的味道非常對味。
壓過雞胸肉的味道非常簡單,極力推薦。

口味: 芝麻拿鐵
份數: 1.5匙
星數: ★★★★☆
描述: 由於芝麻拿鐵本來就...堅果,而且本身果果的芝麻拿鐵口味就較重
喝起來就像,只有喝芝麻拿鐵一樣,沒啥特別感覺,好喝。

口味: 鐵觀音拿鐵
份數: 1.5匙
星數: ★★★☆☆
描述: 由於鐵觀音拿鐵泡起來很濃稠(泡多少次都覺得稠),茶味也很濃
但是卻無法蓋過雞胸肉的味道,而且跟堅果味搭起來不太順口,勉強可喝。

口味: 英式奶茶

描述: 在改版前的英式奶茶(蠻多版友也有反應口味變很多),一直都是口袋名單
喝了應該有10kg以上,只是很久沒臨幸(?),隨手一拿驚為天人!!!
堅果奶茶本來就沒問題,雞胸肉完全沒味道!!!!超正點
但...前提是要買得到以前口味的英式奶茶(菸)
雖然身邊的人都說這很可怕
但是 當在減脂時期 盡量不要攝取過多的調味
保持單一食材攝取時(這種時候大部分都不太好吃...)
以及減少備料時間(本身工程師)
重訓+有氧完都很晚了,如果回家還要用很久的備料
大概就不用睡了...!!!
這東西 聽起來可怕 吃下去 實則真的可以減少很多備料時間
也可以快速的解決飲食 不用吃太久 睡前吃掉也很舒服
增肌期快結束了,再來應該可以有更多口味的出現
(我想...其實應該沒有人想要看吧)
