舉例來說
當我負重做引體向上,負重30kg我可以拉4-5下
負重40kg可以拉1下
負重50kg我拉不上去
我的體重約70kg,所以向心運動時我的拉力最大值約110kg
負重50kg時連體重共120kg,我拉不上去,
但可以踩著凳子握槓後撐住再慢慢放直手臂讓身體下降,這樣也能一組練4-5下
100kg的向心動作和120kg的離心運動哪種增加肌力比較有效呢?
更精確地說,我想比較的是
能5rm左右的完整引體動作(包含上拉向心與下放離心)的重量 vs
用往上拉不動只能慢慢下放的重量專門做離心動作
剛剛試著搜尋了一下沒發現明確的資料
請問有人看過相關研究或者有經驗嗎?
