不過還是手癢想回文XD

個人經驗:
七月中之前因為考試壓力過大
導致失眠和胃食道逆流等問題
體重和LBM都下降, 但體脂率增加
(不過也沒空去管啦~)
考完試之後呢
壓力沒了, 失眠和胃食道逆流都不藥而癒
很開心地到處約朋友吃飯聊天
最近一個月大概吃了十幾次大餐, 平均兩三天就吃一次
平常每天吃的熱量大概在2000卡以上
結果量體脂還少了2%

所以, 希望原po能正視作息和壓力問題的影響
真的不是光靠飲食跟運動就足夠的
更何況, 熬夜除了讓身體變差之外, 對皮膚也不好喔~
雖然很多研究生都晚睡, 並不代表自己不能選擇早睡早起
還是可以試著循序漸進調整看看
不要覺得板友都在否定你, 然後連試一下都不肯, 就認為做不到
既然都那麼努力控制飲食和運動了, 何不徹底一點把作息調好呢? QQ
如果我是你, 我會...
1. 丟掉體重計
2. 吃自己喜歡的東西 (別吃土了... 不過還是要注意營養
3. 設法早睡早起
4. 尋找紓解壓力的管道
最後離題一下...
我覺得吃東西明明是一件很幸福很美好的事啊~~
吃對食物, 可以讓眼睛/鼻子/舌頭/胃/心靈都滿足, 全身的細胞都在歡呼 ya~~
可是最近看到好多文章都讓我覺得
吃的這麼壓抑又戰戰兢兢的也太痛苦了...
生活已經夠辛苦, 至少吃東西的時候讓自己開心一點吧 :)
