需不需要長時間休息 - 健身

小弟 在健身房自主訓練大概 半年有了
基本上維持 一個禮拜五天運動 休息兩天的課表
也沒有痠痛 或 受傷
只是覺得最近遇到瓶頸 想休息一個禮拜
在開始訓練 有沒有這必要性呢!?
