需要停止重訓一段時間的話 - 健身

你好
我已經重訓好幾年了,最近忽然會有事情,不能繼續重訓,
可能需要中斷至少二、三個禮拜,請問這樣會不會讓肌肉變少?
三個禮拜後身體會不會一堆脂肪呢?
(在這段期間,有氧運動可能也會中止,都是靜態活動居多)
