最近練比較勤 大部分都練polymetric
爆發力的訓練
連續兩個禮拜每天不是練就是打球
中間幾乎沒休息
昨天晚上練腹部+棒式+伸展
練完超懶就一直打電動打到4點
沒補充甚麼東西 只喝半瓶乳清
今天起床超級超級累的
而且沒有食慾
完全不想動
而且量心跳下午大概75
現在大概70(剛剛又累到跑去睡了三小時)
昨天到現在已經睡了12小時了
可是心跳還是70左右
身體比較沒有散掉的感覺但是還是懶懶的....
我平常心跳大概都55左右
然後一直想喝水
有人有類似經驗嗎??
我其實練的時候也沒每天練到三小時
只是跟自己比算是多練很多
可是累成這樣真的蠻痛苦的...
還以為是感冒結果體溫又正常
