當你在做重訓的同時
肌肉與韌帶等等的結蒂組織是都有在強化的
但是結蒂組織強化的速度比肌肉慢,
所以初學者如果強度增強太快的話
就會倒致韌帶強度無法負荷你的運動強度而受傷嚕
(你可以想像一根牙籤兩頭插者兩棵貢丸,相較之下牙籤是很脆弱的)
所以對於初學者最好是有至少12週的解剖適應期,來加強結諦組織
並為之後的肌肉增大期打下良好的基礎
