今日做完重訓一小時 接著飛輪一小時
第一次騎 只記得心跳要保持在130以上
我都有保持 到結束機器寫的卡路里好像350
可是我下來卻沒有什麼流汗跟喘的感覺
跑步卻是會滿身大汗
請問各位 到底要做跑步還飛輪?
