飛輪與腿部重訓 - 健身

最近愛上飛輪有氧
飛輪有氧結束後,我會去踩30下"坐式蹬腿機器"(全名有點忘了)
也會去玩大腿內外擴展的重訓~
我想請問一下,這樣會讓小腿變粗嗎?有氧重訓一起做,會不會反效果
我想要瘦腿尤其是小腿~不知這方法對不對!
另外因為一下班就衝去運動,運動後就會懶的吃晚餐,這樣會對身體不好嗎?
