來回覆P大問題。
個人覺得煎、煮、炒、炸、燉、滷、烤、蒸只是烹飪技法
沒有好壞問題。不需要特別對某些技法嗤之以鼻,
只要沒有過度烹煮營養都不會流失太多!
肉裡頭的油,在煎煮炒烤蒸的過程達到百度以上高溫
還不是一樣美味好吃!也無人在意差哪一點點的營養素吧!
煎跟炸其實很像很像,你會對煎好的雞胸肉這麼排斥嗎?
不過不過,還是提到「油」!
一塊炸雞炸的過程,吸收了非常多的油
當用到omage6 多的油和不飽和度高容易裂解的油
食用後真的會發炎又傷身!
另外,比較注意的就是熱量高出很多!
