請問自己運動練習以來
因為很懶
沒做過食物熱量營養成分計算
因為覺得真的很複雜麻煩不知從何下手
例如吃一個便當
一碗麵
蔬菜 水果
大家是會秤便當的肉重 菜重 白飯重
再查蛋白質含量 跟 碳水化合物 含量
再算熱量
從這樣做起嗎?
