最近不知道發了什麼神經
食量突然變很大
中餐和晚餐都一定要吃到2~3碗白飯(重點是還不覺得撐?!)
晚餐大概是6點左右吃
結果到了九點就餓了= ="
雖然我運動的目的是想要吃更多
但是一周一次腰腹訓練課程(約1小時)
加一周一次的飛輪有氧(1小時)
還有一周2次游泳(40分鐘/次)
感覺要應付我這種大食量好像不太夠T T
我是不是應該要減少飯量的攝取
但是我不吃飯就不會飽阿~~~
