飲食沒變卻復胖 - 減肥

兩年前開始減肥
花了一年從55公斤左右減到40
瘦的部位在上半身
而下半身還是脂肪很高
到了40也覺得差不多不能再瘦下去了
於是就維持一樣的運動模式一樣的飲食狀況
(不節食、不吃油炸、含糖飲料,吃原型食物)
早餐:地瓜或是優格、隔夜燕麥
午餐:自己煮(一個700ml左右便當盒的量)
晚餐:自助餐一個便當盒的份量(蔬菜為主、一些南瓜跟豆腐、肉類等等,沒有加工品)
體態維持了大約一年
近一個月卻明顯發現
一樣沒改變飲食跟運動
體重卻增加到43
肉眼也明顯看出大腿跟肚子胖了一圈
想討論一下為什麼會有這個狀況?
如果要再開始減脂需要怎麼做呢?
